Most people won’t even know you’re straightening your teeth – no unattractive brackets and wires, lisping or spitting when you talk, restricted eating, or mouth irritation.

We’ll start with a thorough evaluation of your whole mouth, including a bite check. Invisalign is perfect for cosmetic straightening – adjusting rotation or crowding of front teeth that show the most, for patients with a good bite in the back. If we determine that you need substantial adjustment to your bite to ensure comfortable, healthy chewing, we’ll refer you to an orthodontist.

However, most patients are good candidates for Invisalign. We’ll make impressions of your mouth and take photos, then send these to our lab. The lab creates a series of clear aligners or trays (similar to retainers), custom made for you. You return in a few weeks for your first fitting and instructions. With low pressure, a new set of trays every two weeks will gently shift your teeth into alignment.

Invisalign patients enjoy life while their teeth straighten. The clear aligners are not noticeable when smiling or talking, and they fit comfortably. Best of all, they can be removed so you eat normally. You simply remove the aligners to brush and floss; keeping your mouth clean and healthy is so much easier than with traditional braces.
